We have been to other Teds and enjoyed our experiences. This location felt generic and bland. We both commented that we felt like we were eating in a hotel lobby. Not great for a date.
Food was mediocre at best. Lobster soup was cold. Chicken and waffles was terrible. Calamari Wasn’t much better. My wife did enjoy the lobster salad And service was good. Only reason I am putting stars on this review.
My food was incorrect I waited another ten minutes until the correct food was brought out. The server never apologized/tried to remedy the situation for the incorrect entree
Nobody waited on us so we walked out. This after asking for assistance. What a bust.
Disappointing this past time, which was a shame because the last 3 experiences had been so positive. Food was just okay, we were seated in the back area alone where staff were eating. Took a very long time to begin service. Will make me think twice about returning.
We’ve always loved Ted’s Bulletin and this location is so much nicer than the other ones nearby. But this time around we were so disappointed with the service. Upon asking to speak to the manager, we were met with a defensive, rude manager who made the situation worse rather than better. Ended up leaving because the experience was so uncomfortable and the evening was ruined. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Reston one instead.
Caesar salad was just ok. Chili was borderline, tasted gamey. Irish coffee was horrible even after adding the Irish cream which was an extra $2. And as a birthday freebie we were offered a tart. Tart was dry and tasted stale. Our last 2 visits have not been food enjoyable. Teds had gone downhill since it opened in One Loudoun. We will not go back.
I’ve gotten a better steak and cheese from Jersey Mike’s, thesesame seed bun was toasted hard and not pleasurable to eat. My wife ordered the fish and chips she said it was good but her fries were cold, my fries were hot, both plates came out at the same time. For the price of this establishment I will not be returning nor recommend to anyone.
The food was great & the staff were amazing & friendly but the Manager Janet was really rude & mean to us while we were celebrating our 2 friends birthdays. We were very embarrassed about her behavior. Someone said that she’s always mean. That was my first encounter with her. I’m local & I always take my friends to this location but today, Janet ( the manager) failed to impress my friends. She let us hurry & let us know in a very rude way that there were people going to have our table. She was fighting with one of our friend... read more
