Rushed frantic service due to server shift change. Desserts delivered minutes after dinner served and then pushed to close our check. No new server arrived to be able to order additional items. Manager forced us out of our table a few minutes later because she needed the table for reservations. Disappointing service.
very noisy food just ok- not sure i would come back
Everyone we came in contact with was great! service was awesome but the food/drinks were lacking. The fish and chips we ordered were burned both times, but we ate the second order because I would return food more than once. My sangria tasted like nothing. We understand it is a new place and would most likely return in a few months Amanda hope for better food.
Got asked to leave a little after an hour since people were waiting for a table. I think there should be a standard of an hour an a half for dining there, especially when you have to wait half hour for your food.
First time dining at this location and wasn’t impressed. Food was below average. Had the Chicken Parm and Chicken Piccata. Sauce for the Parm could be likened to Chef Boyardee or one of those Healthy Choice dinners. Piccata was essentially an Alfredo - not the traditional butter sauce, no capers - we actually thought they made a mistake. Probably won’t be back.
I have always been a fan of this chain. Not so this location. The food was meh, the service lackadaisical, and the decor was like something out of 5 below store. I had the steak fries. And while the steak was cooked reasonably well, it had little to no seasoning and the fries were soggy -- as if left under the heat lamp too long. I also found the cocktails to be way overpriced for what was in the glass. I left the place saying to myself "never have to come back here again."
Did not honor our reservation. We had to wait over 20 minutes. Tried to sit us in a small table in the sun. The food was good although it came out just warm. The order although repeated back to us by our server came out wrong. They forgot our toast and brought out the wrong perseveres. The eggs were cold. Maybe because they just opened the staff was disorganized. The Ted Bulletin in Reston Town Center was much better.
