We made a reservation for breakfast. We had to wait until all parties were there even though they were parking. The food was bland and dry. The hash browns had no taste. The biscuits were hard and dry. The sausage was overcooked.
We hade made reservations and asked for a table, not a boot. We got there on time, not only did they not have a table, ad requested, they were going to seat us in worth booth close to the kitchen. Why bother to make reservations if they don’t honor it.
When customers book on OpenTable, you need to actually check them in. Every time we use OT there, we get a nasty gram stating we didn't show up.
A party of 8 we made reservations over a month prior for a 930 breakfast and the manager comes by at 11am and tells us we need to go. Help me understand that . . . not ok and will be the last time we return. He was rude and made it sound like we were holding up people at the front. They had a table for 10 or 12 that was vacant for a reservation that was obviously late to arrival and apparently meant they were also waiting for us to leave? Potatoes and eggs were undercooked. Server was unpleasant. Will not go again.
We initially were enthused about our table in the back of the restaurant. However, our server totally forgot about us. We waited forever for every aspect of our meal. The food was not great. We won’t be back.
This restaurant is clearly racist. I reserved a table for two, and they wanted to seat us at a table literally by the emergency exit. And when I asked about a white, old couple sitting in a booth that can seat at least four people, they tried to explain that the tables and booths are assigned when reservations are made. Service and food are normally good. Last night wasn’t. Had reservations and the place was busy, so the placed us at a makeshift table. Appetizers were late, food was meh, and drinks took forever.
Overall, a disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left.
