The food was terrible. My cod was well cooked but lacked flavor. The rice was hard and tasted stale and had absolutely zero flavor. The whole dish was disappointing and flavorless

Food is not good and it is over priced. Place smells weird. It’s okay but not all that. Go somewhere else if you got options.
Overall was ok, menu looked good and everything seemed fine. They messed up my order and my daughters order. Then it took 20+ minutes for them to correct my daughters order. Had to request drink refills, server was pretty much non-existent. Nice but never around. Picked up some Ted's Tarts for dessert from the bakery. Brown sugar and 2 of the smores ones. Had a horrible experience. Food was brought out to each person one at a time and not together. The time between the first person getting their food and the last was 15 minutes apart. Food came out cold like it was sitting in the pass for awhile. Another order came out and was completely wrong. Then ordered deserts and all deserts came out individually too. I will never go back to this place again. Far too many other options for restaurants with better service where you can get your food brought out actually warm and correct.
Dinners came out with different ingredients than described. When replacements arrived, it was still not the same as previous visits, in look or taste. One menu item was not available. No refills offered. Server was polite and prob just overwhelmed. Manager did comp the dessert without prompt. Overall, not great.
The hostess girls at the front are rude. I was speaking to them and the girl with the short hair stared at me without even an acknowledgement. Incredibly rude and needs customer service training asap. The other girl at the front with longer hair followed me into the bathroom for no reason and made me uncomfortable. The floor was slippery all over the restaurant. I had to walk carefully. And the worse part, my food was cold and one of my pancakes was so undercooked I bit into raw batter. I won’t be returning here.
Rushed frantic service due to server shift change. Desserts delivered minutes after dinner served and then pushed to close our check. No new server arrived to be able to order additional items. Manager forced us out of our table a few minutes later because she needed the table for reservations. Disappointing service.
