Teresa and Jennie communicated with me through every step of the process and explained exactly what I needed to do. In addition, the app sent me a notification aby time I needed to address something. I tried another larger bank before BankSouth and was frustrated by their inefficient process and the loan officer's lack of interest.

Teresa Downey and her team assisted me every step of the way! They handled the construction loan for my new home and the mortgage loan for my home, combining them to streamline the processes.
