Teresa and Jennie communicated with me through every step of the process and explained exactly what I needed to do. In addition, the app sent me a notification any time I needed to address something. I tried another larger bank before BankSouth and was frustrated by their inefficient process and the loan officer's lack of interest.

Teresa Downey and her team assisted me every step of the way! They handled the construction loan for my new home and the mortgage loan for my home, combining them to streamline the processes. When the mortgage was finalized, my interest rate went down!!! I could not recommend a better team to work with on a build or when securing a mortgage!
