We were very pleased with our mortgage process. Teresa Downey gave us suggestions how to pay down a few credit cards to obtain a better interest rate and we followed her advise. We were able to close with the interest rate we wanted. Chelsea Phillips was also amazing. She returned my calls and followed up immediately with any questions concerns we had.
