Mrs Knott explained the process and walked us through every step. We are so happy with the service and we will continue to tell family and friends of experience.
I would suggest getting more accurate APR rates to potential clients. and if lower rates are available, could it be locked in weeks prior to closing. The clients should know in advance what the mortgage companies charges, if their are points accessed at the closing.
