Great experience! The process and the communication were excellent!
Terri always kept me in the loop. As soon as she found out something was needed or going to happen she called me. She is easy to talk to and always kept things simple and easy to understand. I love her.
This was the most smooth and easiest home buying experience ever!! Teri Knott and her team are great. During our process Teri was always so helpful and available to assist us with any issues. We met with Teri in October 2017, to start our pre-approval process. We had so many challenges and obstacles that took place over the 1 year journey, but Teri stayed right there with us until the end. We recommend Stockton Mortgage and Teri Knott 100%!

I would suggest getting more accurate APR rates to potential clients. and if lower rates are available, could it be locked in weeks prior to closing. The clients should know in advance what the mortgage companies charges, if their are points accessed at the closing.
