Very clean spacious room. The bathroom shower is clean but seems a bit unsafe with no shelves or grab bars. Any mobility concerns stay out of the shower or ask for a handicapped bathroom. The furnace is so noisy when it runs you can’t even hear the television. Suspect the air conditioner is going to be the same problem in the summer. Staff was friendly and helpful. Yes the room was spotless, staff and dealers were more than courteous. Only problem was food , as in the steaks we were coming to eat , well the place is closed on tuesday. too bad we were really amped up for good food.

Room was great! But the restaurants were all closed except the snack shop, was looking forward to some upscale eating. Plan on eating elsewhere in the first half of the week. Casino dealers were all very nice and helpful when needed.i had a chance at every table to walk away with a small profit! I didn’t have the sense to however. Lol

The room was beautiful, and the front desk staff were very pleasant. The only thing that could have made our stay better was if the rooms (at least the suites) had microwaves. We were stuck there during a storm and the restaurants were closed and it would have been great to be able to heat up some food.

Had a 8:30 reservation at the steak restaurant. Showed up at 8:45 and was told they were closed and would not seat us
