Initially, I had went to a big bank for a loan for my new home. However, whenever I needed anything to be sent, the big bank failed to do anything for me. My realtor recommended Terri. She came in on a Sunday to help my fiancé and I get the loan figured out. She was there every step of the way answering questions. She would text often to make sure I was doing okay. She also made sure to email me and tell me everything I needed to do and when to do it. I’m thankful that Terri was recommended!
