It was VERY loud. We were seated close to the prep area in the kitchen and we also had a hard time hearing each other over the band. That was playing in the lounge. The food was great though.
The food was good and the service was excellent, but the price is really quite high. I’ve been here once before and LOVED everything. The menu has changed quite a bit though, and I wasn’t as satisfied this time. The seafood linguine with white wine sauce really tastes like more of a soup than a pasta. The salmon, mushroom ravioli, gelato, and tiramisu were all great.
Crab legs are great, unfortunately this time we got mostly knuckles which don’t taste as good as the leg. Also the last 2 times we’ve gone they up charged the cost by 5$. Used to be 70$ now it’s 80$. Should be all legs with a couple knuckles.
Once again, delicious food and excellent, unobtrusive service.

Food was excellent! Seating (big white benches) are very uncomfortable. They are way too low for table. Overall I would definitely recommend because the food was delicious. But the dining room design is odd and the chairs really don't work for dining.
menu was excellent , lots of choices for our out of town quests. Service was also excellent. The lasaenga was different but great . Just fit the bill!. The appetizer of mushroom ravollis was just the right size for a small appetite. I also enjoyed the veal picotto was also not to be missed.
We come to Reno for a couple of days several times a year just so we can treat ourselves to dinner at La Strada, with a glass of wine first at CinCins.
While the food and service experiences were excellent and the value was good, the noise from upstairs at the cocktail bar was extreme. I understand that the entertainer has a loyal following and that he has performed there for years, but the volume was extremely high. We had a drink up there before dinner and had to move from the upper area to a table down by the bar just to carry on a conversation.
