Awesome people and service department bought my trailer and loved it had a few issues with it but they didn't stop until it was fixed and i was happy now i have 2 of them. We have another dealer …(big tex) 15 miles away but its worth the 3.5 hour drive to go to texas pride!!

I research serveral top-quality trailers. After extensive research I decided to go with Texas Pride. The sales people are very helpful and not pushy in any way. I ordered my trailer with no money down…, and picked it up a week later. Texas pride had a one-week build time while other trailer manufacturers were quoting 14 weeks. I just pulled my new trailer home to Arizona with no issues. I had a great experience with Texas Pride trailers and plan to purchase more in the future. A big thank you to James Bray for the many emails to answer all my questions.

I bought a 7'x16' dump trailer from here and it was honestly the best customer service I've ever gotten. Jim got back to me on every question I had very quickly. When I went to pick it …up there was a slight issue with my truck's connection and he went well out of his way to make sure that everything worked well before I got going, so far as to even go to the store and pick up some pieces that I needed. This is the first trailer I've ever bought and I'll definitely get another one from here when it's time for that. The trailer looks very well made, extremely sturdy. Thanks for everything!
