Michael Scott was excellent and extremely helpful and really exudes what it means to put your customers first. He was able to walk me through everything I needed to do to fix wiring issues with my trailer. He was patient , understanding and I felt like he was standing next to me as I was following his directions. Michael is unmatched and unwavering in his work ethic.
Stephen Johns was an incredible help to me. He answered the phone on a Sunday and gave me guidance on everything I was looking for. He me treated as his top priority and only ended the conversation when all of my issues were resolved. People like Stephen going the extra mile really alleviated stress off of me and my business.
