I bought a tilt trailer from these guys a couple months ago. After using it a handful of times the bolts needed to be replaced. I talked to the service department about that and making my tilt trailer operational for one one man so I didn’t have to get in and out of the tractor I was trying to unload, he told me to bring it in on Saturday at 5 am and it would take 2 hours and he knew we were waiting for it.
