Been delivering trailers for. Almost 8 years and haven't had any problems or unhappy customers.
Like some of the other folks who commented, I drove close to 200 miles to buy and pick up the 16 footer, gooseneck dump trailer. They were aready for me when I got there, they were putting the finishing touches on it, spare tire, tarp and basicallly when I finished the paper work, wnich they had ready I was on the road home. Tracks true and the staff were spectacular in explaining all the workings of the trailer. Highly recommend these folks to anyone buying a trailer. Great experience! Handled everything over the phone. They built my trailer in less than 5 days...just what I ordered. Spent less than 20 minutes on delivery and paper work. Two hrs later, we had it loaded with 14 round bales and headed home. Pulled like a dream!! Give them a call if your in the market for a great trailer!
I was asked, by texas pride, multiple times to review the roll of trailers, dumpsters, and dump trailer as soon as I bought them on August 3, 2020. I didn't feel like after one day of ownership it really justified writing a review. I am now 2 and a half months in and I'm ready to write a review. The buying experience was pretty good. They answer when I call and do send me the info I need. My problem comes in with the trailer and dumpsters themselves. My dual random axle roll off trailer has been an extreme disappointment. RecommendedI just want to let everyone know that if you are looking for the best trailer and price. I found mine right here and with the help of Eddie Saldana I had them build me a dump trailer that was far better then I thought I could get at my price after looking at a couple of the competitors. Thankfully I called them and now a second time happy customer of Texas Pride.
