Smooth experience. They were very responsive and made sure the process was easy. They stood between me and the auditor so I didn't have to deal with any state official. Thumbs up to Robert who was confident and directed me exactly what I needed to do. Best thing was that the results were I didn't owe anything to the state!
Texas Tax Group provided a knowledgeable auditor representative (Robert Fabyan) who did a pre-audit conference with us and looked for areas of exposure. He was able to explain all areas of the law and was generally responsive to requests. He did a good job relaying information quickly between the state auditor and ourselves, managing both relationships effectively. In the end, we still did have a tax liability to pay, but I do believe TTG/Robert did all they could to minimize the liability. One possible area for improvement... read more
