This company does not represent you well. They postpone auditors and tell the auditors it is you fault. The auditor then thinks you are hiding something. I settled my audit in 2 days. This company couldn't settle it in 19 months! But yet continued to ask for more money. I would rate this company a zero of allowed. Buyer beware here!

These people have been harassing me for days -- phone calls, text messages, emails, snail mail. I have asked them numerous times to take me off their list -- only to have them start again about how much I need their services. They DO NOT take NO for an answer, which makes me wonder why they are so desperate for business. I told them if they continued to contact me, I would alert BBB. So here we are. I just got another text!.
