I took my dog on her 15th birthday to see her normal vet, Doctor Stone. When I arrived the office staff claimed they had told me that Doctor Stone was no longer working there. It sounded as if she was fired. No staff called me as they had claimed. My dog has severe anxiety about going to the vet in the first place. Thankfully my dog loved the new vet. I just feel it was wrong to not inform patients. Also I have called and left messages, wrote an email to the clinic on their page and have not heard from them in about a month.... read more
If you’d asked me what vet to go to a year ago. Without hesitating I’d have recommended this place and Dr. Helton...he saved my baby girls life and I could never repay him for that. However, this place is literally rotting from the inside out since his retirement in December and being sold to a corporate sewage. Wait times are 30-45 mins AFTER scheduled appointment times. Medicine shot up in price and they “forget” to mention that at check out. Vet techs who are mouthy and think they are aloud to say whatever they want when ... read more

I called to ask how much it would cost to have our sweet old girl put to sleep, because of a mass tumor. They quoted me the total would be $125 give or take. They put us in a room to say goodbye to her. There was no exam or treatment. In the middle of our family saying goodbye with tears in our eyes, we paid. They brought in the invoice and the bill was $301. They took advantage of us in our emotional state. Very unethica and wrong! We won’t be coming back. There are better more professionals Vets just down the road.

I have a 14 1/2 year old Shitzu names Rodee, he's been seeing Dr. Stone for a few years now. He was diagnosed today with a leaky heart valve.. Which was upsetting to say the least. But, Dr. Stone is so gentle, compassionate and informative. Dr. Stone explained everything in detail on what was happening with his little heart and what I was to except.. She's awesome!! I would recommend The Ark and Dr. Stone to any one.. �
