I've been going to The Ark for almost 2 years and will not go anywhere else. My Boston had to have an eye removed, and they were amazing!! So friendly, and act like they really want to help you.
My Pomeranian and I have been there twice and we can both say we will be with them for life! Dr. Helton is the sweetest vet I've met and is wonderful with my girl. Very patient and soft spoken. I absolutely love how he handled explaining things to me and handled Clarisse. We met with Dr. Stone the first time and she was wonderful as well! They schedule as soon as possible and they were wonderful when I needed an emergency appointment last year. Dr. Helton has been our small animal vet since he began his practice in Eugene. He even treated our horses early on. He is the most compassionate, sincere person I've ever known. Thank you for the kindness and care that you've always given us and our beloved animals.
We have three dogs, so making sure they all stay in good health is a must! The Ark, always takes good care of our "Family" with a lot of Love and great care. They always call our boys and girls by name and give them attention. Great place for your animals care.
