Tom is definitely the best realtor I could have chosen! He is patient and VERY knowledgeable about every house we saw. He answered every question honestly, and if I texted, he answered immediately. He even dealt with a problem after the house closed which actually wasn't his problem any longer. I feel Tom really CARES about his clients and I would most certainly recommend him to anyone!

Tom did an excellent job for us, both selling our home and finding our new home. He has excellent local knowledge and is what I would consider a real estate expert. He helped negotiate the price down on the home we purchased and suggested a realistic selling price for our home we sold, in fact on the sale we got over 15 offers in two days that went into a bidding war and we got over asking price.
