Tom, I apologize for taking so long to write this review, as you truly were a lifesaver when it came to short selling my house. Tom was very attentive, listening to my every concern, and even helped me to better understand the tax ramifications by giving me the names of 3 accountants he knew. Tom got my home sold in less than a months time, and even negotiated to get me a little extra time in the property after the closing. A+ Service by Tom and his team.

Ryan was the real deal! Showed me homes even though I wasn’t committing to buying until next year. That just proves how passionate he is about selling homes, I programmed his number in my phone and will be giving him a call when I need him in one years time!

Tom helped me purchase a home in Vista many years ago. I recently reconnected with him, as I am actually considering selling it. I know he has a significant amount of knowledge about my home, which is a big deal to me. He was able to recite off a list of facts about my home on our first new phone call, and he wasn’t even at his office. Tom is a great agent, and I trust him completely.

I met Tom while I was in town visiting family. He was able to answer a lot of different questions I had in regards to the Menifee Lakes community, and even showed me a few homes, knowing I am years away from a possible relocation. His professionalism stood out to me, and I enjoyed our brief interaction together.

I met Ryan while he was holding an open house in Laguna Beach. His knowledge on all the different neighborhoods in Laguna impressed me very much. I had no idea there were over a dozen little pockets in this beautiful little beach town. I am now searching for a home in the top of the world neighborhood with Ryan, and hope to be in a home by next summer.

I met Tom through a mutual friend of ours in Temecula, and instantly felt a strong connection. Tom knows each Temecula community intimately, and I absolutely love his network of websites for each one. I have already narrowed my search down to Paloma Del Sol(with Toms help), and will be purchasing a home once I finish saving up for my down payment.

Ryan and I connected through a local networking event that’s held in Irvine. He has proven to be a highly valuable asset to my family, as he has already shown us over a dozen homes, being patient and allowing us to wait for the perfect property to come up. Ryan doesn’t pressure us st all, and always is quick to respond by phone or text to any question we have for him.

Ryan sold me a property last year in a neighborhood I had been targeting for over a year. He never gave up hope, and let me know the second a new listing popped up. We were in a multiple offer scenario, yet Ryan guided me through the process like a pro, and ultimately delivered us the home at a price that I was comfortable with paying.
