I met Ryan at an open house he was doing in Santa Monica. He explained to me that he resides just up the way in Ocean Park, and my partner and I instantly felt comfortable with him. I ran into Tom at an open house in Murrieta while I was visiting a friend. He really had a lot of knowledge on the community, and the homes in the area too. He referred me to a lender who helped me learn what I would need in order to qualify for a loan to purchase. Tom has already begun to send me homes as they get listed, and I am confident that I will be purchasing a home with him in 2018.
Tom sold us a home in a quiet senior community that we didn’t even know existed in Murrieta. The home was purchased for a family member, and we couldn’t be happier with the price we paid. Tom delivered the home to us at 12k below our max budget, and helped us beat out 3 other bids. He even helped us renegotiate a small credit when items found in the home inspection weren’t in as good of condition as we expected them to be. Tom is by far a great Realtor to work with.
Ryan helped my wife & I purchase a condo in the Wilshire Corridor area of Los Angeles. He prepped us on the market conditions, and how limited the inventory was. After showing us several options, we narrowed down our wish list to two buildings. Ryan watched these buildings day and night, and the second the right unit came up he pounced on it for us. We beat out over 20 other offers, and Ryan got us the home 100k below our authorized max spend on the unit.
Tom helped show my wife and I homes in the Temecula and Murrieta area when we drove up from San Diego a few weekends ago. He showed us several great options in multiple neighborhoods that met our needs. We will now begin the process of listing our San Diego home once we get our house market ready.
