I can't so enough good things about every aspect of dealing with Basic Basement Company. It started with a meeting to quote and go over what we wanted to do. They were helpful and offered great suggestions. The Quote was broken down and explained in detail. Every nut and screw planned was accounted for. The workers were all great. At the beginning of the project the project manager met with me and was very thorough, went over all the work that was needed to be done . Gail ,who works at the office always kept in touch with me The workers were on time everyday . Did a great job and always cleaned up after the day was done. Basic Basement Co. was wonderful to work with from start to finish. The entire staff was very communicative, flexible and completely forthright through all phases, not to mention fast! They managed to stay within our budget and make modifications to do so without us feeling like we were missing out on important details. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to have work done.

The Basic Basement folks were a pleasure to work with. They were on time, on schedule, on budget, courteous and responsive. Gail managed to pull off an aggressive timeline and was always available to answer questions. Kevin and the crew were polite and went the extra mile. I highly recommend Basic Basements. I am in the service industry and I can say with confidence that these folks understand customer service. My project was a relatively large one, taking a damp, musty leaky unfinished basement to the finished condition of a full finished living space mostly meant for the kids. The project began with a complementary consultation. The representative, Dan, talked to us about our vision for the job, took measurements, provided suggestions and proceeded to show us the preliminary costs. He walked us through the timeline and was completely transparent with items or additions that may add to the bottom line. The work went almost perfectly. I should say Gail, the scheduler, made it work perfectly. Our township has strict enforcement of code; inspections are required at several intermediate points, and are thorough. Coordination and scheduling is absolutely crucial not to have a project like this stall. Gail was on this, and issues were addressed with a day or two. The quality of the work is excellent. I would highly recommend the basic basement company and here are my reasons as to why: First off, the customer service level is at the highest level of service that I have ever experienced. Basic basement did a great job in finishing my entire basement. The crew was very professional and accommodated their schedule as per my busy plan. The quote that was provided was very detailed and itemized (right to number of outlets, switches etc) and the final quote was very reasonable compared to other companies i had called.
