From the very first phone call to the end of the project Basic Basement was professional, respectful and responsible. They always were on time. I was constantly updated, any questions or information I needed was answered immediately. They communicate with me via email and phone. I can't so enough good things about every aspect of dealing with Basic Basement Company. It started with a meeting to quote and go over what we wanted to do. They were helpful and offered great suggestions. The Quote was broken down and explained in detail. Every nut and screw planned was accounted for. The workers were all great. At the beginning of the project the project manager met with me and was very thorough, went over all the work that was needed to be done . Gail ,who works at the office always kept in touch with me The workers were on time everyday . Did a great job and always cleaned up after the day was done. Basic Basement Co. was wonderful to work with from start to finish. The entire staff was very communicative, flexible and completely forthright through all phases, not to mention fast! They managed to stay within our budget and make modifications to do so without us feeling like we were missing out on important details. I highly recommend Basic Basements. I am in the service industry and I can say with confidence that these folks understand customer service. My project was a relatively large one, taking a damp, musty leaky unfinished basement to the finished condition of a full finished living space mostly meant for the kids. The project began with a complementary consultation. The representative, Dan, talked to us about our vision for the job, took measurements, provided suggestions and proceeded to show us the preliminary costs. He walked us through the timeline and was completely transparent with items or additions that may add to the bottom line.
