The basic basement people were awesome! Kevin saw a great vision for our basement. Gail was constantly updating us on each step. Bob and Santiago were awesome with helping us get our basement perfect with the accommodations needed for our basement. Highly recommend them for any of your remodeling needs.
Basic Basements were a pleasure to work with and did an amazing job. They transformerd our dingy little basement to a wonderful play room for the kids and storage area for the adults. I would recommend them to anyone.
Fantastic! Highly recommend this company. The employees were friendly and easy to deal with. The work was done on time and they did a great job. Pricing was fair and the office manager was able to work around our difficult schedule. In the future if we decide to remodel our kitchen or bathroom we will definitely be utilizing this company.
We just had a great experience with Basic Basement Co. The work was finished in early March 2020. Their process is organized and nothing surprised me along the way. We worked with their designers to maximize our basement space. I think it turned out better than I ever hoped for. Our three little kids will get to enjoy this new space for the next 15+ years! All of the workers were respectful and hard-working; each job took about a day to complete. I would hire Basic Basement Co. again.
They were great and very professional. pricing was so detail and reasonable. They explained the work that will be performed. They finished the work on time. They always kept me informed as to what next which I like a lot about this company.
From start to finish, the Basic Basement Company delivered as promised. We were nervous, of course, deciding on a company for such a big project. Everything they told us was done and everyone we dealt with was pleasant. Every specialist that was assigned to our project (electrician, plumber, carpenter, drywall specialists, etc) showed up on time every day and did immaculate work. It went very smooth right from the township work order to final approval. The team of this company is very professional and thorough in their respective field. They answered to all our questions very patiently and provided excellent service.
