I was very impressed with Mike who did the installation. He was incredibly good. He was very clean. He cleaned up his mess and when he finished, you couldn't even tell he had been here. He did an excellent job on my shower and Sunday morning. I got in it and it was absolutely wonderful. I don't have any fear anymore of falling and it was a wonderful feeling. Salesman Jason was very low pressure. Concierge Tenique was available with answers to all questions. Installers Barry and Sterling treated my home with respect and did an excellent job.
Our whole experience with the Bath Authority team made the process seem less.
