John made the process of choosing Color, Design, Fixtures effortless. Dave, Kenny completed the install in 1 day. Their workmanship, attention to detail and housekeeping was exceptional. Customer Service was courteous, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I Highly Recommend "The Bath Authority".

The whole process from the beginning with the ease of scheduling a consultation, to the fun part of ordering the new shower with Jenny, the excellent communication afterwards about when the new install would happen (earlier than expected) & finally the fast beautiful installation was amazing! Dave & his assistant did an excellent job with the install, and cleaned up afterwards so I didn't even know a big project had even taken place. I'm so happy with my new shower! Thank you!!
