The service was great. The employee was very Pleasant and knowledgeable. I will call Blind Factory again in the near future. The blinds that I purchased from Blind Factory years ago, I had for 12 years and they still look good. It’s worth buying from blind factory.

When we made the appt we stated that the cord was broken on our vertical blinds. The workers had no cord with them. They took the blind with them to repair. We picked it up so we would not have to pay a second service charge. .When we tried to hang it back up the clips would not work. Also the clips for the valance were missing. After trying ourselves and hiring a handyman we were told there was no way to hang it. My husband stopped by your store and you had no clips that would work to hang this blind back up.
