When we made the appt we stated that the cord was broken on our vertical blinds. The workers had no cord with them. They took the blind with them to repair. We picked it up so we would not have to pay a second service charge. .When we tried to hang it back up the clips would not work. Also the clips for the valance were missing. Price was exceptional but service in picking up the screens was terrible! There was no one to wait on me when I arrived there for the pickup. It took a long time to get my screens back! I would not rate it 5 star...perhaps 3 just for the price!
