Although I didn't choose this building (location reasons) I would like to give praise to Marissa, the best leasing agent I've ever worked with. She was honest and helpful. Management give her a raise - she's the reason residents are happy there I just know it!! If you make an app to tour ask for Marissa.

Simón and team are the best! Amazing location, amenities, and facility. No issues but if something comes up, it's always addressed immediately and without issues. I love living at the Boheme!
I've lived at the Boheme for about 1.5 yr and I've truly enjoyed the community. The leasing staff are always nice and helpful. Our property manager, Simon, always goes above and beyond for the residents. When I've had hiccups, the staff were always willing to work with me to ensure I've had a great experience. My neighbors are nice and the events are always spot on! The Boheme is the standard for luxury, downtown living!
I've been living at the Boheme for a year and half and I absolutely love it. Not only does the property sell itself with beautiful work from home spaces, sky lounge that overlooks downtown skyline, rooftop infinity pool with fire pits for cool evenings, a multiple courtyards and dog parks, stylish game room and many more amenities! Honestly I've never had an apartment where I loved it so much. Yes the apartment itself is a gorgeous property, I LOVE our pool! But it's the staff too. They seem to really care about the residents. I've brought a few common issues up to staff before and I didn't get a defensive response. They were empathetic and the issues have always been resolved in a timely manner or if they don't, they communicate as to why. The Boheme is THE place to be in Dallas. The team who is here now takes good care of everything and got new gates that actually work, helped making sure our packages get stolen less frequently from criminals by locking the room, and having pastries almost every morning in the office!

The leasing team is great and always on top of whatever it is I need. They also host a lot of resident events. Love the amenities and different layouts of apartments. The pool has a downtown view which might be my favorite part.

Living at the Boheme these past 6 months has been great! The moment I stepped foot into my modern/luxurious designed apartment, I knew I was home. The amenities are pretty, from the rooftop infinity pool with an unobstructed view of DT Dallas, to fitness center, there's something for everyone. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation hubs.
