Great place to live. Great management. Amenities are amazing. Wonderful view. Definitely would consider this place for long term apartment living.

Primo spot for single people or couples. Has areas for dogs too. Garage can be sketchy but just drive slow because it's a little tight when it fills up. They added mirrors for the corners which is usually where it gets close with others. Great people. Awesome community with events and views. The gym is siiick.

Eric really is a phenomenal leasing agent. He was super helpful when looking at apartments. He showed me 3 floorplans, gave suggestions on furniture placement, and even had Carlos send me a video of a unit that I wasn't able to tour due to construction. When I moved in, he made sure I was set up for success and even helped me unload my TV. Maintenance has been swift with fixing the small things and has been very approachable. I've lived here since late April, and I've had nothing but a great experience so far Nathan, Carlos, and Eric go above and beyond to help everyone out. I complained about one of the doors being broken and it was fixed the next day. The community is clean and way better than my last apartment at The Westerly( DON'T MOVE THERE) If you're coming to tour the apartment or reading the reviews keep in mind that the building is still under construction so the garage and some doors are open during the day. I love living here! it's. Beautiful, and a well kept up community . The residents are friendly and the staff is professional and kind. Carlos is my personal favorite! He got me into my beautiful dream home.

Not great for the price, noisy neighbors, soiled carpeting, lack of security. I have been living with the noisiest neighbors for the last nine months, and there's nothing I can do about it. They told me that I could relocate to another apartment but that I would be signing a new lease for more money. No way! I asked for a rent reduction for the last few months of my lease since we have decided not to renew. But oddly enough, they stopped responding to emails. They don't really care here! Do not lease!
