STILL EXCITED TO MOVE OUT OF THIS PLACE in 4 MONTHS!!! The entire team lies all day and they never follow up to ensure residents are actually happy. They simply don't care. We're done talking to Sherryl Nurre and the entire team at the Boheme. They already have a TikTok page going viral for lack of security, bug infestation, homeless people everywhere, ACCIDENTS and crazy driver in the garage. My spouse and I can't wait to relocate. The side of the building we are on is sooooo noisy. My upstairs neighbors stomp and BANG all day and my neighbors to the left have a dog they let bark all day. I've reported this to the leasing office multiple times. Trash is always full & the leasing office always closed or have something going on lol. I called to speak to a manager regarding a disputed bill on 2/6/2025. I was told that they would call me back. I called again on 2/16/25 to follow up since I never received a call. I emailed on 2/17/25 and asked for a call back as I have been waiting since 2/6/25. I called today (2/18/25) and cannot get in touch with someone. Despite my grievances- I believe that communication is very important (especially when dealing with fees). I'm not a resident but an apartment locator. From my experience alone dealing with them from a professional stand point, it's been nothing short of extremely unprofessional and disappointing. they invoice after clients move in after 90 days. my client has been there for 8 months and I was told she is thinking about breaking her lease a couple months ago because they won't let her transfer to a more affordable unit. first they told me I was not listed as her locator anywhere which is ludacris because she put my name on the ap... read more

This company put me through hell on my application process with how unprofessional they were. I was accepted by an automated system that allowed me to pay rent. I paid. Two days later I get an email saying I actually didn't get it. After I paid rent. Still no refund months later for over a grand. Theft and fraud.

update! 6 months has gone by and they still have not done or said anything about everyone's stolen vehicles! yes i said everyone as multiple people have had their property stolen from the garage on multiple occasions i mean monthly break ins! there has been homeless people with knifes at the entrance of the apartments bleeding to death. homeless people have sex by the electric compactors, homeless people sleeping on the side of the buiding and front door entrance.. there are packages being stolen from the package room we... read more

Update 11/9/23: Today management decided to leave the gate open over the next few days so that they could resurface the guest parking lot which they gave residents less than 24 hours notice on. As I was walking my dog there was a man wielding a knife and bleeding out of his right arm right at the open entrance. Given that the building has had issues with crime and homeless people sleeping in the common areas of the building, unsure why they thought leaving the garage open to resurface the guest parking lot was a good move.
