All was good both food, price and Service. We will return
Plenty of good food. Very local. Enjoyed the Trio plates where you try 3 different dishes.
The manager knows the ingredients of the dishes. That’s great.
The menu is extensive but that is not a bad thing here. Service is friendly, restaurant is clean. The New England clam chowder is worth trying.
We had a lovely luncheon with longtime friends.
Fresh, delicious Italian food served with love and care.
Seafood diablo was very bland and very little sauce. Fettuccini alfredo tasted like butter, not cheese. Chicken parm was good. Eggplant parm was bland and more breaded and fried than expected. Toasted ravioli was good.
Our group has been dining at the Chateau Waltham since we got our licenses at 16. It was our favorite go to place. It still has the best pizza around. We are now all retired but still keep coming back. My only negative for this visit was the Sausage Abruzzi. I would recommend you eliminate the cheese and use rigitoni instead of the penne. Otherwise it was great. Your salads are always fresh and crisp and Caitlin, our waitress, was wonderful. thanks again for a wonderful dining experience.
