Very friendly staff. Good, basic Italian dishes. EASY parking.
Friendly and attentive staff. Great food selection, even if you are gluten free. And it tastes great!

Graduation lunch.
I don’t like the changes to the Early Bird Menu. The portions did not need to be larger . Fried clams and dessert were eliminated. We enjoyed having salad, an entree and dessert. Do you have a new supplier for chicken.? For about a month the chicken has been tough in the chicken supreme. I’ve never, ever had tough chicken before.
Ann was our wait-person--welcoming and providing high quality service. She indeed merits commendation from management. Also, why are we not receiving points for this completed reservation. RSVP anticipated with thanks.

Everything perfect except we had a group of 8 at a long table. Would have been nice to have a round table or square with 2 on each of the 4 sides. Didn’t visit at all with half our group.
My family (extended) love this place. The service and food have always been excellent. We have a couple of special needs in the group. These concerns are handled courteously and discretely both at the service and management level. I don't recall anyone in my parties,over the years , with any problems at your Waltham site. It is the one we like most in the chain. That said, we've dined at most of them.
