Always love the Waltham location. “Old School” feel—- takes me back to growing up in Waltham. Great comfort food !
A family get together was made quite enjoyable by the friendly , attentive and accommodating staff. It was more like Sunday dinner at Grandma's table. We definitely over stayed our visit. Good food, and great atmosphere, but please bring back the "other" bread. All in all we left satisfied and happy!!
Good neighborhood place with a variety of seafood and Italian entrees. Getting to be pricey for the type of restaurant that it is. But, it is convenient.
It was very nice
We enjoy meals at the Chateau. We typically bring family members for celebrations, but we've also just gone for dinner or lunch. All the food is usually consistently good, but our last visit fell short. The chicken used in the chicken parmesan was very chewy. It seemed that it had been frozen, then cooked. Not the best we've had, which was a little disappointing. Service was great, and a good time was had with family for the birthday celebration.
It was an ok experience. It was very loud, and dated.
The gluten free options are amazing. They now have gluten free bread and they said in the next few months they are getting gluten free breadcrumbs for the chicken.
I ordered a small order of meatballs and ricotta, and didn't realize that I was delivered a large order until we read the bill. The waitress was nowhere to be found after she gave us the cheque, so I didn't say anything and left. The food was as good as it always is. I just wish that she was easier to find.
I had one of the sent meals that I have ever had at this location tonight. It was very busy but our waiter was very attentive to our table. My eggplant parm was very fresh and the tomato sauce had a nice flavor. My boyfriend had the Chateau pizza and he was it was the best pizza he has ever had. I will make the ride to this location again.
