Our overall experience was okay. Gnocchi was good but the salmon was dry and over cooked. Our waitress was nice but very long waits for her to circle back and items forgotten with our order. It seemed like she has too many tables though there were many servers in the overall restaurant. For the price I would not come back.

Food was good but service was horrible. Twenty minute wait for bread and water. Half hour wait for appetizers and 55 minute wait to take dinner orders.
I have been a fan on the Chateau for years. I have been going to Waltham with my family since I was a child. I was thrilled when the one in North Andover opened, same great food, but this one in Woburn, 3 steak tips and two shrimp for that price. The pasta dishes were small, no one was full. So disappointed. This is what happens when a great place gets too big for itself!
The restaurant was obviously understaffed. We had to wait to be seated, even though we were on time for our reservation. After more than 20 minutes of being seated, I had to stop one of the hosts to say no one had come to the table to take our order. He did take our order immediately and we were finally served. For dessert we had the mini cannoli and neither of us could eat ours. one taste of the pastry shell gave off a rancid aftertaste.

5 of us, no one liked their food
The food was subpar at best. The sauce was very watery and resembled Campbells Tomato Soup. The Alfredo sauce was jarred, the garlic bread had not a bit of garlic on it. Not impressed at all.
Hair in multiple dinner plates. One in our party got sick after dinner. Terrible food with zero taste.

I am lactose intolerant. There were few options. My husband ordered chicken and egg plant parm. He found it to be inadequate. Certainly not up to the Andover or Waltham locations. Will not return.
