The Emeritus at Carrollwood is very nice. They have great food and a nice environment, but only fair communication with family members. They say they are the place of "no hidden fees" but there are plenty of non-disclosed costs, like $100 fee to set up cable, which there seems to be no reason for. Also, I did not think to ask because all the other facilities I saw offered Wi-Fi but the Emeritus has no Wi-Fi and there is no way to get it here.
