I’ll tell you what the problem is. They are very short staffed. There are people who have been there for years that get you to come there, but when you get there you find out that they are very short staffed and it’s just not what they make it out to be. So people just end up sitting in a room all day. Our loved one was only there for a very short time. They took twenty-five minutes to assist with the restroom.

We also have a Life Enrichment Director as a part of our family here at Carrollwood who plans many activities for our seniors to take part in; these activities, however, are not mandatory, and residents are free to do as they please throughout the day.
