The Confluence has by far been the best apartment community I’ve ever stayed at after living in Columbus, DC, NYC, Chicago, and Austin. As a professional who works around the Denver metro area, I think that it has the best location for getting in every direction. The views are incredible, the building quality and amenities are well worth it, and the management has been very responsive to any issues that have arisen. I’ve recently renewed my lease and am looking forward to staying here another year. Highly recommended.

I had such an amazing living experience at the confluence that I had to write this review. I lived here for a year, and the only reason I moved out was to be closer to work. One of the many reasons that the confluence deserves 5 stars is the exceptional staff. The concierge team, valets, and leasing staff have always been so kind and have made me feel appreciated as part of the community. Beautiful Views. Great place for anyone to call it home.
We moved in about a month ago and absolutely love it! The staff is awesome; the views are incredible; the hot tub and pool area is perfect to relax; the free coffee is wonderful (though the machine needs maintenance a bit too often!). We love our new home � Thank you to the confluence and the workers that helped make this place wonderful!
