Attention to all prospective tenants of The Confluence! As a current tenant of 2 years, I urge you to think twice before renting here. Not only have I experienced a prolonged and frustrating water heater issue that has left me with showers that don't last longer than 7 minutes, but the property management has also exhibited concerning behavior when it comes to hiring practices. This place is a joke. I had a very similar experience as the review below. Everything was great until I moved out, at which point I was informed that if I wanted to leave I would have to pay thousands of dollars to do so. This was not agreed in the lease contract and I am now having to work with an attorney to take further action. Ridiculous.

Sorry way way too expensive
the confluence is not a great place too live or enjoy a healthy lifestyle from my experience and others in the building. by no means is this building a “Luxury Highrise” I know from living in previous “Luxury Highrise’s” Staff is awful and do not accommodate or exceed any expectations. Me and my partner were only there for 3 months and the Building manager Eric B. offered to tear up our lease so we took him up on that deal and are living way happier in our new townhome with no issues or terrible staff. THINK TWICE BEFORE MOVING IN HERE. I was asked to provide group fitness classes for The Confluence Denver, and they never paid me for the services I provided. I work hard for a living and my time is valuable. I’m sure you feel the same way about your time and money. This organization is unethical and the thought of living under their roof makes my skin crawl, so I figured I’d give you a heads up....
With the Polluted Construction Industry in Colorado, Labor Brokers Hiring whoever, From all parts of the USA, Misclassifying them, Cheating Coloradans out of millions in tax dollars � on Projects like this in Colorado! No thanks, who knows what corners they cut just to build and pass inspections, if they had any at all! Labor Brokers were on this project as well!
