Wonderful food and ambiance! I highly recommend this restauarant.
This was a great place to eat and watch a the chef and it’s crew create and master the delectable dishes they serve. Now I understand why it’s not easy to get a table as a walk-in!!
New to Salem this is a great addition. A spanish tapas approach allows you to share a lot of things. The open kitchen allowed us to watch meals being prepared and served, and there is a large staff being choreographed by the Chef. All the food was very good but the star was the honey brined pork chop. There were some minor hiccups as you might expect from a brand new restaurant, but the overall experience was great. We're looking forward to going back to try other dishes.

Wonderful food, drinks, and service! We’ll definitely be back. The decor is very nice and we liked the high ceilings and intimate feel. But it was very difficult to have a conversation because the noise level is quite loud.
I moved from Portland to the Salem area and was excited to find this place since it had a foodie Portland vibe. The food was phenomenal, the cocktails were amazing and the vibe in the restaurant was exactly what we had hoped for. I could not recommend this restaurant more.
Service is amazing! Our fourth time there and every time service and food is amazing! Only down side is noise level
Great energy! Feels like you are outta town (: Salem needed this option downtown! Wish there were couple more menu options not quite so fancy but overall great experience and wonderful cocktails too
