This is a quality restaurant with an outstanding vibe. The overall experience was amazing. The food is sharable, if desired, and we were blown away by the delicious food. My husband ordered the lamb chops, and said that they were the best in Oregon. Staff were so on top of their game. We will be back!!
Impeccable service, perfect balance between elegant and cozy, lovely warming spice to many of the dishes. The “energetic” noise level was the only negative aspect to the experience.

From moment we arrived we felt welcomed in. Our server made the evening feel as we had been invited to someone’s home. Food was timed out perfectly. Each thing we ordered was amazing! Want to give special thank you to Savannah for making our night so awesome and want to return soon!
Wonderful experience fun for a date or with friends the Chefs table was a blast
This was a beautiful, modern, wonderful date spot. My husband and I sat the bar outside the open kitchen, which was enjoyable, but hot. Maybe not an ideal place for a couple to sit if they are just getting to know each other. It was fun to see these expert chefs crafting beautiful, unique, delicious dishes. We indulged in the small plates for our meal - we shared the house made brioche pop up, which melts in your mouth. Fabulous first dinner at Cozy Taberna. Probably the best meal I've had out in Salem since I moved here 3 years ago. Delicious and creative menu and cocktails, lively atmosphere, attention to detail and excellent service. I'll be going back soon.
