A great place. Slightly on the noisy side but tolerable. A very refreshing addition and Just what Salem needed!
Our first visit was wonderful. We tried at least 5 dishes and liked all but one...we will be back!!
Sitting at the counter and watching the chefs prepare the meals is a great experience. We saw new items that we just had to try. A picture of Sangria and amazing food. This was our second visit and we have this as our favorite restaurant!
Rex stopped by the table to say hi and he really helped explain how the menu works. We had the salmon - amazing! Maybe a suggestion to wait staff - if the customer is a first timer explain how the menu works???? Thank goodness for Rex! Just a great evening!
This is a great spot! Great food and awesome service! The food was the best I've had in the Salem area! Would recommend this to anyone!

Fantastic food, everything we had was great. Very helpful and friendly wait staff. We sat at the Chef's counter, which added to the experience.
The food was incredible. Whoever created this menu understands flavor and textures and knows exactly what they’re doing. The ambiance was lovely. It has an elevated style with an almost sultry feel to it. The staff was knowledgeable and every suggestion they made was fabulous. We’ll be regulars here from now on.
Met a co-worker for dinner. The Old-Fashioned was very good. We shared the radicchio salad, grilled Brussels Sprouts, the Torta Espãnola, the bacon wrapped dates, the asparagus, and the Moroccan Brick Chicken. On the waiter’s recommendation, we even sampled the Bone Marrow Board. Neither of us have tried bone marrow before.
