How nice it is to have a dermatology center right here in Jackson Heights. I was seen very quickly after arriving, the staff was pleasant and helpful, Dr. Hashim "knew his stuff", the facility is attractively decorated and in all it was a very positive and pleasant experience.

I was a walk in patient and the staff in the front desk was very accommodating. I asked her if I can see a doctor at once and she was able to schedule me the following day. The doctor who attended to me (I’m sorry I forgot his name) was really a specialist and explained to me on what to and prescribed a medicine.

I have been a patient of Johanna Petrycki for many years, and I followed her to this practice. When I scheduled my first appointment, Johanna had the courtesy to let me know that she would not be at the office that day. She had been sent to cover another location. I don't recommend going to this clinic unless you want to deal with billing issues. I had appointments at this place recently and while i’m willing to pay and even gave authorization to charge my card which i normally do at any medical clinics I go, this location had the audacity to automatically charge me $450 without giving me any billing statement…i called them and was re-directed to 5 different people who were all useless and didnt help me. The wait times is dismal. Expect more than a half hour to one hour waiting in the seating area as well as the patient room in total. When you accept walk-ins that crowd those who have scheduled appointments, or allow people to book appointments 20 minutes apart when running behind, or when a medical staff has an emergency and leaves for the day and doesn’t have the courtesy to inform patients scheduled later that day of the delay in advance— and all the staff keeps saying would you like to reschedule another time or day—all ... read more

The doctor I saw had a very poor/terrible/horrendous bedside manner. He treated me like I went in there begging for something. Dr. Hashim asked me questions the answer to which any dermatologist should k ow, such as: "so you had these moles lazered and they grew back?" He also told me that the cosmetic procedure I wanted was expensive. I did not adk him price, but apparently he thinks I cannot afford the procedure, which #1. I had an appointment for sunday morning at 10am. They were constantly calling and texting me throughout the week to confirm the appt which I did, and then when I showed up there was a sign saying that there were no providers there. No one called to cancel my appt at any time! Really frustrating since I planned my entire day around this appt.
