The care was excellent. The only complaint that I have is with its automatic services on the phone you’re unable to reach the office at any time I spoke with an automated AI bot, and then was transferred to an answering service company, which is unable to even get in contact with the office.

Great doctor but wait time was unusually long even though we had an appt - over 40 mins….definitely liked the dermatologist just not the wait time…..
The doctor I saw was great regarding the diagnosis and treatment. He took time to explain me about my condition and I felt very supported for his Assistant. as well. I got my appointment sooner. I really appreciate the staff as well.
It was easy to get an appointment for next day. Everyone was nice and kind. Physician assistants and doctor took time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed. It was overall a great experience.
Dr Levitt is amazing with kids and adults . He is very professional caring and kind.
