Very accommodating. It was easy to get an appointment at the time I wanted it. Had to be late in the day so I would not lose work time. The doctor and staff were all very personable and the doctor answered my questions patiently and did not just run away as soon as he finished the exam. He even explained the questions I had about the equipment he used. A very pleasant experience.Ā

Excellent care...excellent service...delivered with compassion! One suggestion...advise those who question why one might have to wait while the doc is caring for another patient. In the case of Jacob Levitt, it's clear that he's made a choice: A doctor can watch the clock, or watch the patient...not both. Dr Levitt has clearly opted for watching (and listening to) the patient. So, I don't mind waiting, because he focused on me from the moment he entered the exam room.Ā

I haven't been to the office in awhile, but I received a warm greeting by name as soon as I walked in. The medical assistant was excellent in obtaining information from me. Dr. DiCicco has a special talent for listening, on top of his obvious expertise. He was able to come up with a game plan for how to proceed, while taking into consideration matters of insurance and billing, such as prior authorization.
