I came to ‘ Dermatology Specialists’ simply to get professional advice regarding using Minoxidil for my, aging, coily (type 4a) African American thinning hair. Landon Henriksen provided expert advice and exceptional patient care! He is extremely knowledgeable with treating ‘Textured’ hair , thorough and reassuring. Dr. DiCicho is a great professional and a good person to boot

From arrival and being greated by pleasant staff, then sitting on the most comfortable chairs, in a simply decorated yet extremely inviting waiting area, the atmosphere is warm and assuring. After a brief wait, called and lead into a private room, clean, well lit, for examination and treatment. Medical staff, doctor mskes introduction, questions, attentively listens, exams, advises findings, discusses alternatives, and consenting procedure follows. A pleasant experience by caring professionals.
Dr Beau was great. Charming, knowledgeable and down to earth. The practice seems great. My only comment is regarding the uncomfortable waiting area……very clumsy layout…..and not enough seats for the size……staff and service were great.
