Garage door repair I asked for a quote to repair the bottom sweep on garage door. $20 for consultation. service tech did not want to repair my sweep ( quoted $120 over the phone for repair of sweep) tried to sell me an entire door for $1,000. Garage Door Opener Repair Very disappointed. First of all the tech came 2 hours after the scheduled appointment window (they did call to tell me he was running late) so this took up all of my morning and some of the afternoon waiting. Deceiving Operations Contacted Same Day Garage Repair for broken spring on a double width door and was quoted $125-225 max. I was very detailed when explaining the problem and door description to the operator. Door Master shows up the next morning and charges me $300, a discounted price. If I balked at the price I would have been charged a fee for the visit according to the operator I spoke to the night before. Fix Garage Door Cable I used this company to fix my garage door last year. The Cable became undone again. The repair was done quickly and without charge, not even a service call charge. I would have this company do all my doors in the future.

Garage Door Repair (Cable) I requested for a quote for the company and after 30 minutes, I got a call from the technician. He provided me a quote which was a bit high for me ($150) for the replacement of cables. Since I did not get another quote, I decided to go for this technician. Requested for the lowering of his cost but justified that the cable is sturdy and made in Germany. The technician arrived in a few minutes. The job was complete in 10 minutes. But for a 10-minute job, the cost of labour is quite high.

Garage door repair Had an issue with my garage door making loud noise and not staying closed. Josh came out adjusted the door setting and charged me only for the service call. :)
Service Call Showed up about an hour after my initial call. Was honest about what needed to be fixed, didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Inexpensive service call, pointed out what needs to be fixed and what doesn't.

Garage Repair Initially, my garage door is not able to close all the way because the technician installed the plates that connects the door and the cable is installed too low so it was lifting the door up. I called the head office and they sent the same technician back. Second time, the technician had came by and adjusted the bracket, however, the garage door is still not touching the ground.
