Garage Door Repair Over Charged for parts - charged $98 for pulleys and 158.00 for torsion spring. Unsuspectingly agreed without checking competitors prices (my fault) after job completed I checked with home depot and competitors charge $55 - $98 for Torsion Springs and $15 - $50 for pulleys (different qualities). I recommend using another provider. Buyer Beware!
Garage door inspection I was told 12-2 but didn't show up until 3. Repair guy immediately told me my garage door opener is 10 years old. He did not connect door to opener, kept adjusting then he removed the box. Eventually tells me my door is not repairable. Wanted to be paid in cash to avoid taxes. I didn't like the prices so I went to Rona who sent tech who said nothing wrong with my opener and it just needed adjustment. Garage door spring replacement The price quoted by the office was off by almost 50% and the technician said this is a common occurrence. The job was done well and professionally but it was upsetting to lose more than half a day's work waiting for the technician to come and find out they were going to charge more then the competitor's quote. Maybe they should quote a common price range instead. It would feel less deceitful.
Replaced garage door springs Service was good and professional, could be a bit more punctual. I made an appointment for 12:00pm ~ 2:00pm, but they didn't show up until 5:30pm. And I receive no response or update along the way despite calling them 3 times.
Replace garage door Finally True Customer Service!!! So hard to find a company that actually finish the work as expected - that one did!!!!!

Garage door repair They were called to replace a torn weather strip on the garage door. They came and installed a part that was designed for a wood door, my door is steel. The guy leaves and the door is not closing properly. They come back and "fix" the problem. Again the door is not closing. They then admit to installing the incorrect piece and assure me they will fix it. Over the period of a week they make three promises to come and fix the door. They fail to show up every time.
