By far the best gym in the greater Hartford area. The equipment is state of the art and maintained (rarely if ever is a piece broken for an extended amount if time). The atmosphere is upbeat. Large open space is conducive to moving around freely. The price is right and the shake bar is amazing. No complaints. I moved from West Hartford to Avon and I love this gym so much I drive way out of the way to go there.

It would help if the Smith cages were not installed backwards so as to render them useless for any bench press related exercise. The gym is nice and very clean. The Smith cages have been installed wrong since day 1. Apparently it is not a priority to fix them so people can use them properly. It has been 7 months.
Love this new location,, love the diversity of the staff and how polite they are .. a very much different vibe than the Bristol location-clean and very spacious too!!!
Love the design, very very clean, and modern keep doing But staff member at the entry area soo busy with chatting with each over,not paying attention on guests, or answering questions with a favor. Best of best, is Jill classes, and Carlos.

The facility is absolutely state-of-the-art, and the nicest around. I'm looking forward to working out there. Any fabulous place like this requires substantial recurring revenue to survive. That's why they have so many people marketing. That's the only part I found a bit frustrating. I was marketed to by incoming telemarketing, email and text. scummy and they pry every penny out of you with hidden fees. i cancelled my membership and they still charged me $80 for no reason after charging me the wrong price to sign up

I want to offer the customer service a bad review. When we open the membership, they act beautifully. They don't reply when I try to cancel and give a good reason, therefore the membership isn't canceled. Thus, stealing my money. It is not fair business.

beware! they lock you into a contract. Don't sign, my daughter got suckered in and now we pay them even though she doesn't go anymor.

The attitude I received from the manager Ashley was so out of line. I have been coming here for years and not once have I ever complained or had any problems. I have a guest pass and I come in with my sister. Not once has anyone asked me for her phone number for the guest pass. Today Ashley asked me for it, which was no big deal. However, when I asked if it was new because I have never been asked that before she just kept repeating herself what her phone number was with the worst attitude.
